On Day 5, we focused on visiting temples around Goa.
In the morning, we looked for breakfast near the temples. There were very few options, but we found a small local spot with limited food choices. Even though it was simple, it was a good start to the day.
This area has many temples, mostly belonging to the Konkani culture. One of the most famous temples we visited was the Mangueshi Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one of the most important temples in Goa and is known for its beautiful white structure and tall दीपस्तंभ (lamp tower) at the entrance. The temple has a peaceful atmosphere and attracts many visitors.
Around the temples, there were many small stalls selling flowers, pooja items, and local products, which added to the traditional feel of the place.
After completing our temple visits, we headed to our hotel for the day — Hotel Tanisi (Family Room) — where we checked in and relaxed.
In the evening, we visited Candolim Beach, which was close to our hotel. Compared to Baga, Candolim Beach is less crowded and more relaxed, making it a good place to spend peaceful time.
We spent the evening enjoying the beach, walking around, and relaxing by the shore.
Later, we returned to the hotel and rested after a calm and spiritual day.
