At just 4 years and 8 months old, Gahan took his first steps as a trekker!
We chose Chandrachudeshwara Temple in Hosur as our testing ground - a perfect beginner-friendly trek of about 1 kilometer. Located just 40 km from Bangalore, it's an ideal weekend getaway within easy reach of the city. The temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, sits atop a small hill offering peaceful surroundings and gentle terrain ideal for young adventurers.
This wasn't just a trek; it was an experiment. Could our little one handle the trail? Would he enjoy it or get tired halfway?
Gahan was accompanied by his parents and cousins Lakshiv and Dhyan, making it a fun family adventure. The kids encouraged each other along the way, turning the trek into a playful expedition.
The answer was clear from his excited steps and curious eyes taking in every rock and tree along the path. Gahan not only completed the trek but loved every moment of it!
This short adventure marked the beginning of what we hope will be many more treks to come. Sometimes the smallest journeys lead to the biggest discoveries.
